Brew your sun tea in a Mason jar
A mason jar makes a great way to brew up a single batch of sun tea (or if you feel charitable you could stretch it for two people). Heck, you can even save yourself from having to wash a glass by drinking it directly from the jar.
I like to put in three tea bags in a jar full of ice cold water. Put a lid on, set it outside and let good ol’ Mr. Sun do his work. Once my tea is just the strength I want it (judging by the color) I add some sugar and a slice of lemon. Then I cool it down with some ice and enjoy a simple summer treat.
