I was fixing The Wife and I a couple of lattes this afternoon and glanced out the window and saw my son and daughter swinging and my wife talking with them. I couldn’t help but smile
.
It was just one of those ‘it just doesn’t get any better than this’ moments, you know? No matter what happens in life, whether I meet my sales goals for the week, if the kids gave me fits – life is pretty dang good.
Even if you have had what you would consider a great day or if you’ve just had a bad day – take a moment at the end of the day and look around you. Hopefully you will see that there is more to life than flat-screen tvs, promotions and raises, new cars, and fancy houses.
